So most of you know what is going on at Standing Rock. But for those of you that don’t. I will explain to you. Major bank and oil companies are trying to build a pipeline that will run from North Dakota to Illinois. Straight through Cannonball / Standing Rock which is The Sioux reservation and the Missouri River which will destroy sacred burial sites, not to mention pollute the Standing Rock Sioux Nation’s drinking water.

Many native tribes as well as people from all over the world have been camped at Standing Rock peacefully protesting but have been attacked with WATER CANNONS, TEAR GAS, MACE, DOGS to name a few.

We are having a benefit for the people there to raise money for food, bail money, warm clothing. Join us Wednesday December 14th at HARVARD AND STONE where we will have live music from Mosquitto, Spindrift & Jason Simon of Dead Meadow and our resident DJ Short Shorts.

We are asking for a suggested donation of $10 to $15 on the door but welcome whatever you can give to help this important cause.

Proceeds will be going to the veterans and protesters at standing rock
